Deborah Bachrach

For the past 25+ years, Deborah’s work has focused on access to health and health care as New York’s Medicaid Director and at Manatt Health advising non-profit organizations, providers, states, and foundations.  Previously, Deborah served as the Chief of the New York State Attorney General’s Civil Rights Bureau and led the Public Advocacy Division; she started her career in legal services at Bedford Stuyvesant Legal Services and the National Employment Law Project.
